There are moments when life becomes louder than your own intuition. You begin doubting what you feel. You silence the whisper in your chest. You choose “safe” over “true.”
You have not lost your self-trust. It is waiting for you.
Self-trust isn’t something you build; it’s something you remember. Every time you pause, breathe, and listen inward instead of outward, you return to yourself a little more.
Guided Exercise: The Three-Voice Check-In:
1. Place a hand on your chest. Take a breath that belongs only to you.
2. Ask yourself: “What is something in my life I’m uncertain about right now?” Write that down.
3. Explore your answers through three voices:
- The Mind: Logic, fear, timelines, reasons.
- The Heart: Longing, tenderness, emotion.
- The Body: Tension, expansion, heaviness, relief.
4. Notice where these voices align. That alignment is often your truth.
5. Ask: “If I trusted myself completely, what small action would I take today?”
